Equipment Description:
This product is used for automatic charging of melting furnaces during metal smelting, and also for automatic removal of floating slag and bottom dross generated while melting furnaces and holding furnaces are in operation.
The TWJP-00 series charging and skimming all-in-one machine is a highly intelligent automated device. All selectable functions are completed automatically with one click from the main control room, avoiding operators having to work in the high-temperature zone in front of the furnace. As operators stay away from the furnace during normal operation, their safety is also greatly enhanced.
The equipment is provided with a communication output interface that supplies information such as the total charging weight of each heat for the user to make statistics or management control.

Equipment Features
1. The equipment adopts a four-wheel rail vehicle equipped with a rotating platform, swing arm and telescopic arm.
2. Power sources available for customers to choose: trailing cable, cable reel, intelligent charging battery pack and low-voltage guide rail power supply.
3. Charging, skimming, refining, furnace cleaning and slag removal are all completed automatically with one click (according to process requirements).
4. Communicates with the furnace control system; the furnace door opens and closes automatically, or can be opened and closed by button confirmation.
5. The aluminum charge in the charging frame is automatically weighed and counted. Based on the residual amount of the previous heat obtained through communication (or manual input), the molten aluminum level is automatically calculated, and the skimming operation is carried out automatically at this level.
6. During skimming and furnace cleaning, the skimmer head can be fine-tuned at any time for height, inner wall distance, outer wall distance and left/right wall distance, making operation easy and precise.
7. The deformation of the skimmer head after long-term service is automatically measured, and the deformation amount is automatically compensated once detected. Simply select this function and press "Detect and Confirm" to complete it in one click.
8. The system network adopts PROFINET Ethernet communication with fast response and high real-time performance. The entire movement process is monitored in real time through the HMI.
9. The equipment is equipped with a high-temperature camera, so the working condition inside the furnace can be observed from the control room.
10. Equipped with an emergency wireless remote-controlled manual operation handle box for manual emergency handling.
