This sawing equipment can perform fully automatic sawing of aluminum round bars in a fully automatic high-speed sawing mode. Main features: high efficiency and high precision. The whole process is controlled by PLC and the entire production process is fully automated, featuring high automation, high reliability and continuous stable production. Main advantages: reasonable configuration of key components and excellent mechanical design and manufacturing. Applications: mainly used for cutting heads, tails, sample pieces and sections of round bars. Functions: can complete loading, head cutting, tail cutting, fixed-length cutting, long billet weighing with inkjet printing and short billet weighing and strapping of aluminum alloy round bars, with automatic chip collection and briquetting.

The equipment can be used in conjunction with our fully automatic multi-station peeling machine. The fully automatic peeling machine can peel multiple aluminum bars simultaneously at multiple stations, keeping the peeling cycle consistent with the sawing cycle and improving work efficiency. It is our newly designed automated production line equipment.
